I would be willing to make it so it fits perfectly too. He is a papillon, which kind of looks like a high-eared, fluffy chihuahua with a squirrel tail. I have a 4-year old daughter that could match a theme with him, or he could have his own unique costume. Something extremely unique or even a Disney or movie character. Even something with a punchline or implied meaning would be good! (Like how a person could dress up as a heart with handcuffs on, meaning "cardiac arrest").
